Legal capacity: You declare that you have the legal capacity necessary to contract and use the Services.
If we cannot properly analyze your website for technical reasons (inaccessible site, protected content, incompatible structure), you will be immediately informed. In this case, no fees will be charged.

Payment is processed through Stripe and must be completed before the integration service begins. The client can choose when to proceed with payment and service activation.

You guarantee the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you provide to us and commit to keep us informed of any changes.

PRISMIA cannot be held responsible for:
In any case, PRISMIA's liability is limited to the amount of sums actually received under the relevant contract.
The created chatbot and its source code remain the property of PRISMIA. You have a non-exclusive right of use on the chatbot for your website.
You retain all rights to your content, data and brands used for chatbot creation.
You can stop using the chatbot at any time. No particular procedure is required during the trial period.
PRISMIA may terminate the service in case of non-compliance with these Terms, with 30 days notice except in cases of serious violation.
In case of termination, the chatbot stops working.
PRISMIA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Important changes will be notified to you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the Services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
PRISMIA cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to meet its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by French jurisprudence.
These Terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, and after attempting amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.

After prior written approach by consumers to PRISMIA, the Mediator Service can be contacted for any consumer dispute whose resolution would not have succeeded.
